– In case the products received by the buyer are in damaged or expired condition.

– Such goods should be sent only after written email consent from www.wildflowernaturals.in or ‘Wildflower Naturals’ to the following address:

– All exchanges will be made after the returned shipment of products is received by ‘Wildflower Naturals’. The courier charges for returning the product will be borne by Wildflower Naturals.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
– The buyer cannot cancel the order and demand a refund once the order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway. Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases:
– If the buyer does not get the delivery of the ordered products within 30 days of placing an order with Wildflower Naturals on the website www.wildflowernaturals.in.
– If the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies.
– Damaged products can only be exchanged as per our exchange policy.
– No Returns will be entertained once a customer opens the product. The customer takes full responsibility for using the product. No refunds will be given in the following cases:
– Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer. The customer will have to provide a corrected address within 4 hours of placing the order.
– Non-availability of recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises
– Refusal to accept products
– Delivered at the place/to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer himself
– Force majeure event
– In case product has undergone any tampering by the customer

Value for money. Like the fresh peppermint feel…keeps skin refreshed & cool.
This face mist makes for a wonderful toner. I have an oily skin and in winter I don’t put a moisturizer after this. My skin remains soft and hydrated all day long. It also controls my excess face oil. Highly recommended guys!
I used this mist as a make-up setting spray. My skin stays fresh and plump for many hours. I’m on my 3rd bottle and loving this product.
