Refund policy

Wildflower Naturals accepts exchange for the products purchased through our website www.wildflowernaturals.in only, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below:

– In case the products received by the buyer are in damaged or expired condition. 

– Buyer has to inform www.wildflowernaturals.in of their intention to exchange the damaged/expired products within 48 hrs of receipt of the goods by emailing to hello@wildflowernaturals.in.

– Such goods should be sent only after written email consent from www.wildflowernaturals.in or ‘Wildflower Naturals’ to the following address:

Wildflower Naturals, Plot no 28, Secor 33, Gurgaon, Haryana, 122003 

– All exchanges will be made after the returned shipment of products is received by ‘Wildflower Naturals’. The courier charges for returning the product will be borne by Wildflower Naturals.

Cancellation & Refund Policy


– The buyer cannot cancel the order and demand a refund once the order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway. Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases:

– If the buyer does not get the delivery of the ordered products within 30 days of placing an order with Wildflower Naturals on the website www.wildflowernaturals.in.

– If the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies.

– Damaged products can only be exchanged as per our exchange policy.

– No Returns will be entertained once a customer opens the product. The customer takes full responsibility for using the product. No refunds will be given in the following cases:

– Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer. The customer will have to provide a corrected address within 4 hours of placing the order. 

– Non-availability of recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises

– Refusal to accept products

– Delivered at the place/to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer himself

– Force majeure event

– In case product has undergone any tampering by the customer
