No Returns
We do not accept returns on any products purchased from Wildflower Naturals. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to resell returned items for health and safety reasons.
No Refunds
All sales are final. Once an order is placed and processed, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances except as outlined in point 3 below.
Damaged Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at [contact email/phone number]. To be eligible for a replacement, please provide a clear photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the damaged item at no additional cost to you.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you promptly.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we have shipped the incorrect item or a damaged product.
